The worst thing about bitcoiners is how they already live in a future state in their head where bitcoin has just naturally won. They cite a dead school of economics to justify this outlook. It's inevitable, they say, according to podcasters quoting dead economists. But in the present, they're basically the babadook meme, scaring away everyone who isn't as big a crank as they are. How do current these current and supposed future states exist on the same timeline?
