In Amethyst, if you add "monero" to your Hidden Words setting, it basically hides, not only content that mentions Monero, it hides the posts and replies of people with "monero" in their profile.

All that hardware wallets did is move the risk out to the social layer, where one wrong click or one panicked moment is just as catastrophic as a corrupted wallet.db backup or a forgotten Core decryption password.
