It's ridiculously easy to make yourself 10x more attractive: • Mew often. • Get lean. • Lift weights. • Boost testosterone. • Chew mastic gum. • Wear fitted black clothing. • Reduce alcohol intake. • Eliminate seed oils. • Apply K2 topically on the jawline. • Wear a nice timepiece. • Use the sauna 2-3x a week. • Moisturise with tallow or CO. • Don't guzzle liquids around meal times. • Use baking soda for your shampoo/conditioner. • Eat most of your food in the first half of your day. • Swap energy drinks and sodas for sparkling water & fresh juices. • Focus on a diet rich in meat, eggs, seafood root vegetables, & clean carbs like seasonal fruits, potatoes or white rice. Don't use society as a metric for success. They're lazy and lost. Demand better of yourself. Much better.
