in my opinion one of the great things about #monero is that it will force crypto to come to terms with its utility function. being delisted across centralized spaces will force crypto to realize its decentralized promises. it must embrace peer-to-peer practices. given various obstacles, if the battle is lost there, then there are greater problems facing crypto, as a whole, and not just xmr.

Being in an anonymous space forces vigilance. distrust almost everything, and that's a good thing.

i sometimes panic when I think I can't acquire more #monero. Why? missing out on potential value gain? I don't know, and that's not really the reason. Panic because of a potential supply crunch getting more crunchier, and that I could no longer get a useful private crypto like #xmr to utilize. I can't say that for a lot of crypto.

Another day, another grind. Be good to each other 🙏 Be forgiving and don't let externals (people, events, experience) change who you are. Like the #stoics recommend, embrace what you control, like your response to things, and nevermind what you don't control.

What I love about #minimalism is it is a good expression of individual sovereignty. I become in control of my interactions and I am not beholden to things or an obsessive outlook to accumulate material belongings.

I was never into social media because I didn't think it was a good idea to be so open about our lives. Turns out tech oligarchs developed from everyone just giving their identities away. Who knew. I'm using it now because why not, but I can see how and why it can get addicting. At least on nostr I won't be psy-op'd compared to some centralized private platform. And who knows, maybe if I contribute some good stuff here the data scraper that inevitably comes will provide the AI some good words to train on 😅😂
