I was learning to can 2 years ago. Funny how gun shy you are at first. Now I’m able to can something in the afternoon on a whim! Smells fine should taste fine. Is there a canning (str) here?

Snake beans from Baker seeds. Bought them 2 years ago. The first go around didn’t germinate but this year they definitely did!
