Give your body what it needs vs what you think you need or want! It’s incredible how life changing prioritizing sleep is. I’ve had a tough go with proper sleep for quite awhile and have been consuming caffeine energy teas and energy drinks like it’s my day job for far too long. 1.5 weeks ago I committed to proper sleep before midnight for starters 🤭 and no caffeine type drinks! What a difference in how I feel and also how I physically look.

Day 29/31 #31days An hour plus of nightmare clearing snow. With the ice rain followed by hail and then a ton of snow everything was packed so much that I could walk on top of a foot of snow which was clear right to the interlock brick a day ago. Out came the ice chipper to break up all the packed icy snow. So thankful to be able to have a hot shower now after dealing with the wind gusts and wearing snow.
