I’m back to double workout days!!
With summer activities, I dropped the second gym for a season but I returned in full force so much so that I was sore before I even left the gym tonight.
The reason for two gyms; a non negotiable for myself is 3 workouts a week. I joined a second gym to support my friend in her journey and the added benefits for myself.
Morning Lower Body Workout:
15 reps x 3 sets
Leg press 270 lbs
Trap bar deadlifts 95 lbs PR
Duo split squats 210 lbs each side
Hack squat 150 lbs
Sumo squats 50 lb kettlebell
Evening Lower Body Workout:
12-15 reps x 3 sets
Hip abduction 110 lbs LB
Hip abduction 110 lbs LF
Hip adduction 65 lbs
Abdominal crunch machine 100 lbs
Leg press 270 lbs
Treadmill 10 minutes
