Wheat is running a release candidate for 0.6.0
This adds 4 nips. Most importantly Nip50 search. If you would like to test it out, that would be awesome.
Should be full text search backed by nostr db

The most interesting thing thing that came out of making grain from scratch without trying to use external deps was the logging I made. Component based structured logging. I love it. I think I'm going to separate it out into its own project at some point.

The more and more I learn and look at spark The more of a dystopian nightmare it seems to me. It's all wrapped up in a "it's self-custody Bitcoin" message to make it look good.
Need a new kind for markdown that's NOT like a long form content exactly. Like documentation, readmes, licence, etc...

And they learned nothing.... Still making content for a centralized platform that can and will at some point also delete these tweets.

There is no reason that someone can't make a game that sells a million copies that uses nostr as an identity layer.
Why haven't we seen anything then? Well... Mostly the space is small. It's just not a ton of people working on projects with that kind of ambition. That's not to say that nostr needs users to sell a product. It doesn't. How many users does any game have before it comes out? Zero. People buy the game, and make an account.
We just need a small ambitious team that wants to make a real game. Not some weekend side project that just uses nostr for a leaderboard or some shit.
@Rob Hamilton say I had a Bitcoin. Now say I could prove I had a Bitcoin. Now say I can make a deal on chain to send my airdrop of e-cash to your address when a hardfork happens in exchange for a set amount of Bitcoin.
I want to sell my ecash now. Not when the fork happens. Let's make the market.
I didn't think I would be so blessed as to receive an airdrop of e-cash tokens later this year. Can't wait to dump those suckers on the market for more Bitcoin.
