Once the crawlr is done I could make a tool to remove dead relays from your relay list. :) Ranking uptime, tracking read/write policies. So much necessary tooling is needed for users to have a better understanding of what relays they should pick.

Crawling... Around 2k online relays. A little more work and I can tell which ones are public and what kinds they accept.
