#Playtime One of the reviews recommended adding a tray of water to even out the temperature throughout the smoker cabinet area. I used that idea but used the brine I'd soaked the chicken in instead of plain water. The smell is phenomenal. Some of the written reviews for this smoker claimed that the smoker was hard to maintain temp in. I've found it quite easy so far, but I've only had it going about an hour. I've been having fun in my down time using ChatGPT to develop plans for #permaculture fruit tree #guilds that will bear fruit/nuts at the same time for efficient harvest windows. Then I expanded the concept to use pigs and/or turkeys to glean surplus, which led to integrating seasonally appropriate #covercrop blends for pasture areas surrounding the guilds.
