Many people have invested in real estate not for a love of the property but as an investment and store of value. They have bought property that they would not want under "normal" circumstances. The trend goes back to Nixon and 1971, among other factors. In a few decades from now, things may well have shifted back. Not snarK, truly trying to be helpful about UI/UX. Nostr app has a lot of jank and other rough parts. Threads app does not. Micropayments and decentralized and not a billionaire’s data-harvesting toy — I’m here for all that. But adoption will remain somewhat low without much much better UI/UX.
