My goal with #GutHealthApp is to give a health compass to the hand of people to Track. Adjust. Be healthy. In our current world, it is so easy to be misguided into buying unhealthy products. 95% of products in the shelves of grocery shops are unhealthy in a way or another. If you blindly pick a product, chances are high, that it will be ultra processed. If you buy a lemon juice, which shall contain lemon, and maybe water, you might see lecithin in it... Food industry is so concentrated on making the perfect looking, perfect texture, perfect taste food, that make them ultraprocessed, engineered to the smallest drop of it, making it super unhealthy at the end. I feel like, that it is hard to eat clean, and healthy in our world, and to consume the necessary nutrients, that we even dont know about. So I am building an app, to help myself, and other fellows to eat healthier while enjoying the journey. #nostr #guthealth #gutmicrobiom #microbiom #healthyeating

#GutHealthApp #NutritionFacts Be aware of fruit juices. 100%, directly pressed fruit juices seem a healthy idea. ⚠️ Problem: Usually these juices are high in sugar. Of course fruits themselves can be high in sugar. But then you physically have to eat a lot of fruits to eat a lot of sugar. That is so much harder, than just drinking half a liter multi fruit juice.

#GutHealthApp #ImproveHealth Findings so far: - C vitamin level, RDA at least, is quite easy to reach. 100g of Bell Pepper, and you are already over the RDA. - A vitamin is easy with 108g of carrots - Omega 3/6 needs seeds, as they are a good source. Day 2 #GutHealthApp #devdiary Nothing much today. βœ… Hosted the service, and started to use it. βœ… Fixed a nutrient calculation bug. The things I feel already missing: πŸ«• Some fruits, seeds (super foods) and cold pressed seed oils I am eating that boost nutrient intake. πŸ—½Pages for suggestions how to boost certain nutrients 🧐 Antioxidant value seems too easy to reach, so I have to see if it is correct. These seem the most useful as a next step. #nostr
