The recordings made in the mid seventies from my dad songs, was preserved and now the first single is scheduled for release on the 22th of June. Most of these songs where written in the late sixties, early seventies. In the west coast of U.S. and Sweden. Reel to real, Not knowing of the existence of proper recordings of these songs before and only knowing them by anacdote and a binder full of song texts. It was a pure blessing getting contacted by Lucas my dad's old friend and drummer with the news of reel to reel tape recordings of some of his best songs. These songs where recorded during a time when my dad and friends where able to record on a home made studio and self made mix board. In Groningen the Netherlands . My dad was involved in getting the vibrant local music scene some good recording equipment so that local talent wasn't so dependent on the high costs of buying studio time in a fancy high end studio. In this spirit of this D.I.Y atitude I'm releasing these tracks exclusively on Wavlake to support the value4value philosophy! Keep on rolling and rocking!
