What i make from my old stale sourdough?
Chunky bread pudding with cocoa milk and mango and kardemom.
I call it mango lassi bread pudding!

Rocking that hot foam, cold cream, super strong and long, with some sourdough fresh from the oven. Butter fresh from the farm. Homemade apricot marmalade. Topped with some dew sprinkled raspberries for tartness.
