So I just did a complete breakdown on property value in comparison to someone I know who recently got a property. Apparently I’m still winning lol When buying a property never look at the history of the market, I believe the future of the market is more important when it comes to the value. What factors are either providing value or reducing value to the property? What’s it gonna look like in 10-15 years ? How will it be affected in those 10-15 years.

I would choose to experience love and lost over win and lust.
