I have a new found respect for anyone who writes a book, even more so for someone who self-publishes. Writing is the easier part. Getting it formatted and ready for publication is in a word or two: an utter ballache. Stay tuned for my book "No Tenants, No Troubles: The Case for Digital Gold Over Real Estate".
