In a debt based monetary system productive suckers paying down their debt is giving cover for the unproductive refinancing their debt. This is just one of many ways inflation is somewhat kept at bay while the gains is privatised and the losses are socialised on the backs of the productive class. Back in summer of 2010 i read the bitcoin white paper tried to mine bitcoin and failed. I concluded it was a cool idea but to complicated for a normie like me so it would never take off. I dismissed it. Same vibes from some on Nostr today. I am not doing that mistake again, I'll stick around.
