1 year ago this week I partook in a 5 day Big Breathwork retreat in the beautiful Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. I arrived as a lost observer who had no idea how to find presence or work through any stress. The trip contained incredible people, food, yoga, and 4+ hours of breathwork a day. And yes, it was work. I alchemized this experience with a new perspective, a new sense of courage, and a new fire. A year later it’s pretty amazing to see where I stand now. Big love, big vibes. Aho 🙏 🌬️
