Happy to report that Lolli withdrawals are working. I had some sats there, stuck for a while. Like, years... And withdrawals weren't available because Lolli had been acquired by Thesis* earlier this year. But with a simple LN address, you can now withdraw your sats! The platform doesn't accept Phoenix LN addresses... So I used Minibits. Then sent my sats to Phoenix. I never had that much money on cashu, and it was a bit unnerving to receive 50x what I usually hold in there. Another epic fail of KYC in Thailand. After the bank last time that blocked my account when I was abroad, today was my BTS card. So, I couldn't use the metro... Because I didn't have my passport 🤦‍♂️ Of course, the employee couldn't do anything, because it's "company policy" right - she didn't even accept my driver license to complete KYC. Once again, without any prior communication, I get blocked. Any funds on my transportation card are frozen. I need to go to the office with my passport to unblock it... I'm pretty sure it's only for foreigners, as they required my passport. We need to do something against these stupid policies... That's revolting. In the end, I used cash and bought a ticket. Watched tae kwon do at the SEA Games yesterday with the family. The event was at Fashion Island, another gigantic shopping mall I didn't even know existed... The venue and audience was small, but the fights were good, as far as I can say. Thailand brought back a few gold medals! 🇹🇭🥇🥇🥇
