Ur mind is always learning 24/7, sleep or not. That’s y u have those days where u wake up & have an insight. It’s ur inner-self doing subconscious, invisible, & dream work, bringing it forth once principled. Sleep can accelerate ur learning & alignment rate bc ur not distracted.

It doesn’t matter how harmless ur evil enemies know u to be, they’ll always be intimidated by u & ur virtuous qualities. Killers, thieves, rapists, sadists, etc will always be scared of righteousness, its boundaries, & its x-ray vision, but will try to call u soft for being it.

Being able to fool everyone makes them feel powerful, so someone who can't be fooled, such as one with integrity & discernment, makes them feel exposed and powerless, their ego takes a hit, and they hate anyone with it.
