Software development went from team sport to solo sport. Yet, people are still trying to play on a team.

It’s funny how every company ever exercises delusional thinking. They think people join to be part of some mission. I mean that CAN be true for some. It was for me working on Bitcoin, BUT the vast majority of people just want a paycheck. They’ll say anything they need to for you to believe that your company is somehow special.

If you want to sell something, make a thing that makes people more money. That’s it. It’s easy mode compared to some weird ideals.

All the frontier models are still kinda bad at UX. Work good at times but most often I have to follow up with a ton of tweak requests.

NIP5 is shit guys. It does nothing for the 99% of nostr users.
