Bali been numerous hit-and-run incidents involving foreign tourists. The most recent incident in Sanur beach area involved a car driver who hit a motorcyclist, a mother on her way to the market that morning. This is both deeply disappointing and heartbreaking. We welcome tourists with the hope that they will respect and appreciate our community, but incidents like these shatter that expectation. It’s incredibly sad to see such disregard for the safety and well-being of our residents.
