Es gibt doch den Ausspruch "Geld regiert die Welt". Meint der Spruch, dass diejenigen die Welt regieren, die die Macht haben, Geld herzustellen oder zu entscheiden, was als Geld genutzt werden muss? Was, wenn niemand diese Macht hätte?
