This, from a past journal entry of mine - "There is a force that links all matter wherever it may be. All life forms, all plants, animals and humans. Even the rocks, sands and waters of the planet.
Most civilisations and societies try and explain this as God, but personally I think that is far to limiting and minimised by humanly perceived concepts. God is a good label though, and sits well with the majority of humanity.
Those of us that want to think further and delve into the very fabric of the universe are more likely to embrace the asian concept of Ki or Ch’i. This is where we can tap into the Universal Life Force by the practice of Zen based pursuits and exercises to enrich our lives and become One with the Universe, so to speak, thus bringing us closer to, and in unity with, the elements of Karma and divine protection."
