Listen Senator… I have a personal message for Senator Elizabeth Warren & Senator Roger Marshall (that I am positive they could give a rats a** about because politicians no longer fear the people) regarding their Bitcoin/crypto anti-money laundering bill they sponsored after they were paid off by the banking association: Leave the people of the United States alone. Why do you continue to meddle in our affairs? You do not know how to run my life nor anyone reading this article. You once stood for dismatling banks after the Occupy Wall Street protests and here you are 10 years later in bed with them. I am not alone. According to Perianne Boring you also love sponsoring and talking about “crypto” because it is allegedly a campaign tool you use because it gets a lot of clicks on your campaign site. You cannot make this stuff up and in no way is this conducive to a productive society. This is how politics works and one big reason why the country has become SO divided; Leaders doing nothing that resembles leading and becoming puppets of special interest groups. Protecting no freedom or wealth, but their own. The senators admittedly don't even know how to pronounce the bills, what is in it, or how Bitcoin works. This is the proverbial fox in the hen house. We have become a nation of men not laws, rulers and not rules decades ago but only truly now is it becoming obvious to the average person because of decentralized media amplified by the collapse of command and control centralized media. We have a long way to go but the collateral damage (losses of liberty, freedoms, rights, etc) can be mitigated if a small irate minority stand and make their voices heard. Every day that goes by the harder this becomes to turn back unjust laws. 3% in to the breach. Stay strong.

Would you trust your bank with your life? Would you trust your insurance co. with your life? Would you trust your credit union with your life? Would you trust your broker with your life? Would you trust your brokerage acct with your life? Are you putting your life in someone else’s hands? When we work our time and energy is traded away in return for something we hope is an asset, equally finite to our finite time. Money is a finite container for our finite time and energy. Currency is infinite from government with an inflationary hole in the container spilling out our life (time and energy). Majority of people accept currency (infinite) for their time (finite). Most put their savings (time and energy), if they have any leftover, in to a bank or credit union. They are literally trusting the bank or credit union with their life. Many have asked if there is another answer to keeping your life in banks or brokerage accounts or with mutual 3rd parties. Where do I go to get away from inflation? Is my cash safe? Will I have enough for retirement? Will there be any left? Great questions, all of them hinge on what kind of government you have and who is in power. What are you letting them get away with? Are they following the rule of law, the Constitution, natural law, does anyone care? Acta Non Verba. Deeds not words. Politicians campaign on intentions and results are often devoid from the promises. America used to be a “nation of rules” and we have become a “nation of men” instead. Whoever gets in to power changes the rules as they see fit. History has shown us, this will end poorly. FDIC is bust You can have the “greatest” bank, insurance company, or brokerage account in the world but that means nothing when the government is breathing down their neck coercing them to do what they want. FDIC has admitted that they have only a fraction of the funds in their accounts to back your livelihood in case of bank failures or bank runs. $125B to to cover $10T in deposits! #FDIC has just above 1.25% of the actual funds to cover what they have guaranteed you. Do you have the connections to get bailed out when the crises keep coming? Who do you think will take the hit? Your leaders? The bankers? The banking collapse in 2008 was already eclipsed in some measures by the banking collapse we had earlier this year. Do you believe the problem is contained? At a time where governments are censoring everything and everyone, I would suggest that trusting your life with a third party might be one of the most dangerous games you can play moving forward. The hard truth is that FDIC, just like social security, or pensions, or any other government program WILL get bailed out but currency printing more fake dollars in to existence. Inflation will increase through this dollar debasement. The people who pay will be the ones who get the new monetary units last once it flows through the system: the middle class. You will get the $1000 you are owed but bread will cost 10x, 100x, 1000x as much. This sneaky sleight of hand of inflation is what has collapsed all empires throughout history. What the hell do you do? The easiest answer is to simply fix the money. Why do we have a broken currency based in debt? Why don’t we have a natural money that stores value for you long term based in equity? (#Bitcoin  ) Why do we have governments in charge of the currency? Why is the average person forced in to selling their currency to buy assets just in hopes of preserving their life? They could be saving an instrument that is designed to be equally finite to their finite time, going up in value throughout the years instead of down like dollars. But government won’t allow it, Brandon!! If you believe that government will outlaw a neutral money that grows your purchasing power over time and increases the freedom of its citizens, do we think that there is something inherently wrong with that? Do we even live in America at that point? Reread what was just said. Who is really benefitting from this system? Do we think there might be something wrong with that government? If a 3rd world country did that to their people most westerners would look on in horror. The Declaration of Independence clearly stated that the government works at the consent of the people. Why don’t we change how the government works? If we don’t believe that we have that ability anymore, then we have bigger problems. The Declaration also states we have the duty to throw off such tyrannical governments. We should not be patriotic about the dollar itself, it is merely just a piece of paper. We should be patriotic for founding principles and documents that made America the greatest experiment on Earth. Our idolization of a green piece of paper is akin to someone going to battle for the person(s) that lock them in a cellar each day. We have put false idols on a pedestal and are reaping the rewards. Ease and convenience has been placed in higher esteem than morals and principles. Again, history has shown us that this will end poorly. Change could happen overnight but my concern is society won’t realize that until it is too late. Hindsight is 20/20. Change is tough. Easy to go along to get along and not make waves. Just because a system has worked this way for 100 years or “your grew up this way” isn’t a reason to continue living in that system. Stay strong. #btc

⚡️☢️The trinity of sound money ☢️⚡️ I believe one of the most interesting things we can learn about someone are the frameworks they use to become the person they are. Personally, I used to study Sergei Fedorov and would watch him skate in slow motion as a kid so I could imitate his framework and become a great skater like he was. Fortunately, skating became my best attribute as a hockey player and helped build the foundation for my career playing internationally and as a pro. This has led me over the years to thinking about my frameworks on money, investing, psychology, selling, persuasion, politics, and the first principles I have used to build the foundation of my life and my decision making. I have been blessed with my life and success I have had, and hopefully my children can learn something and start further down the road. I don’t want 2nd or 3rd generations to have to make the mistakes I did. Some are good but I want them to have a head start. I want them learning the skills necessary so they aren’t losing the freedoms they were granted. Going to continue to share my journey and the things I am thinking through to document mental models etc. (Ongoing feedback welcome and wanted.) For example, I use to think the answers to fixing the human world lay within politics, then I saw the events of the last 15 years and the “uni-party” unveiled and it radically changed my views. I realized the fight wasn’t "red versus blue," but instead "the state versus you." Once I had the correct lenses everything started to make sense, just like getting the right prescription from the eye doctor. This led me to studying the destruction of money in to fiat currencies and how our communication layer of money has been distorted to steal from the productive in society. I initially thought gold and silver were the answer for years as I started my studies, because of course the metals backed real money for thousands of years. I kept learning and studying, building businesses, investing, and the problems I saw still persisted. Polarization, hate, division, and disparity continued to grow and I began to study a new world where people had ultimate control over their lives, wealth, property and was no longer in the hands of a few. This picture is one of the foundational pieces to the next step in that journey that I started in 2009 and then had to question my beliefs again in 2017-2018. Alvin Toffler in his 1970 book Future Shock said, “The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.” I have had to question long held beliefs of mine and many have been shattered over the last 15 years. Unfortunately, the further in to your studies you go, the less you feel you know. What this picture screams to me… Currently somewhere in the middle of the game board towards losing our freedoms completely. Governments aren’t stupid enough to take them all in one fell swoop. They employ the “frog in the boiling pot” strategy. They aren’t going to “take your guns.” They will just make it impossible to buy them or run a gun/ammo business. They aren’t going to stop you from eating meat, or clean food, they will just tax it, so it’s impossible to attain They won’t force you to stop smoking, they just tax you until it doesn’t make sense to buy anymore. They won’t force you in to war, they’ll just keep provoking people until things snap and then people ask for it. They know if they make changes small enough over time vast majority people will never stand up and will idly sit by thinking someone else will do or say something so they can relax and go back to the mindless thing they were doing. Human’s good nature and empathy being weaponized against them. The irony, sadly, in all of it is that if the group of people who could feel intuitively the patterns in their gut just stood up and started vocalizing and taking action, things would revert back quickly, as politics are downstream of culture. This is why throughout human history secular governments have always sought to remove God from society and culture. The higher being makes humans realize they are not puppets and property of the state but instead “governments are instituted among men to work at the consent of the governed.”

Am I off base here? Saying you don’t care about the right to privacy because “you have nothing to hide” is like saying you don’t care about free speech because “you have nothing to say?”

Only took 26 months after leaving our decades long war in Iraq/Afghanistan that we now find ourselves in wars with Russia (Ukraine), Iran (Hamas), and China (Taiwan.) Congrats to the American voter. The real winner here in this. Putting people in office hell bent on sending their own kids in to battle all while paying for it through their own time and energy (inflationary currency printing.)

People always ask if it’s good that politicians are in #Bitcoin etc… Short answer: Yes, all PR for bitcoin is good. Long answer: Fact is many humans still take political figures seriously. Any time you have one of them speaking highly of the purest form of money humans have ever discovered you inevitably force someone somewhere to go do a little homework and start studying #btc And as any of us know, that only bodes well for bitcoin. No one goes and studies it and becomes less interested in it. Bitcoin changes you. All roads lead to bitcoin. So whether it’s Elizabeth Warren trying to criminalize 12 words in your noggin or Joel Lightbound speaking highly of bitcoin, it all works out for us who value economic justice, wealth, and property rights for 8 billion people. Do not be deterred. Onward!
