Every once in a while try giving up caffeine for a few weeks.
You might find after a few days that you have more energy and better sleep than when you were drinking coffee.
You can also try skipping coffee every other day or every third day if you really need that experience.
I’ve found that after a few days of skipping coffee I fall asleep within a few minutes of hitting the bed and my quality of sleep is so much better.

Purple pilled someone for the first time today. With AI proliferating the selling point was DVM so they could earn money.
I can’t imagine trying to compete with an open protocol like Nostr at this point. Free and open protocols are eating the world.
Ask not how to get normies to adopt bitcoin. Ask instead how to convert adopters to bitcoiners.

You can just love things.
Tomorrow I begin a 5 day digital fast (aka vacation). A few days away from a screen does the soul some good.
Exciting times. Hoping to see more players enter the game in the coming years. View quoted note →
Still feels like this cycle is different.
Among other things we’re coming into the cycle with a lot of screeching about cutting the size of government, much attention paid to stablecoins, the nation issuing the reserve currency picking fights with everyone, MSTR buying all the coins and lobbying the White House, etc.

58k gang reunion party coming up?
Given all the hype around quantum computing these days I started digging and discovered that in 1970 a man named Stephen Wiesner invented a protocol for “quantum money” [1].
It solves the double spend problem for unauthorized parties but doesn’t guarantee a fixed supply. Satoshi is still the GOAT.

Be willing to say stupid things.
If you push yourself to learn through reasoning then you’ll often say things that in hindsight make you cringe. It’s part of the journey.
Microsoft is marketing a new quantum computing chip architecture:
If you believe in Gresham’s law then you would necessarily believe that #gold will circulate among central banks before (or more commonly than) Bitcoin.
In fact if that’s the case then you might paradoxically only see Bitcoin being used between allied institutions rather than between adversarial ones where trust is nonexistent. Why give good money to people you don’t align with?
