Sometimes I feel like in big companies people forget to ask themselves: 1️⃣ Does this make sense? 2️⃣ Does this add value? Somehow they have working hours, and they have to fill it. But I guess you can find this in education as well in the form of stupid tests. They don't think about what make sense to teach or learn, so they can ask that in a test. Some tests seem like that they have to ask something and that was the best they could come up with. But does this make sense? I guess most of these things are the effect of wrong goals. If you have a wrong goal, your "optimization" will not make sense. In other words: "Bad goals will lead you to bad results." #plebchain #psychology #education #big #companies #goals #optimization

What do you Nostriches think of cheating on someone in a relationship? In my opinion, if you did it once, you will likely do it again, no matter how much you regret it. Somehow I think it is kind of ideological for me. If the relationship is not good, step out. If it is good, you have to do nothing. Cheating is never necessary. I think we can forgive to the cheater, does not make sense to keep anger, but then on, the relationship has to be reevaluated, because most probably it means different to the parties. #relationship #cheating #discussion
