cannabis undeniably has beneficial (“medicinal”) properties for countless ailments…& is extremely effective * WITHOUT * harmful side effects.
(it is fun too—also never with serious physical harmful side effects…but best to avoid all drugs for recreation.)
for insomnia (whatever the cause may be), for example, there’s nothing more effective imho (apart from profound, long-term lifestyle changes & life circumstances).
