I find QHHT fascinating - thanks for sharing your experience! I'm currently reading through Dolores Cannon's "The Search for Hidden Sacred Knowledge" and despite there being a wide array of people and experiences, many of the same themes emerge including your own. You're right, feelings of inadequacy almost seem to be a universal principle. They are heavy shackles for a lot of us and they take many forms.
