Gordon Gekko: Mixed emotions, buddy. Like Larry Wildman going off a cliff in my new Maserati. image
The number of reachable #Bitcoin nodes have been stuck around 18500 - 19500 for ages. More should run one. I know this isn't a perfect way of estimating the actual number but still. image
No Priors Ep. 89 | With Jensen Topics: Moore's Law, performance, data centers, xAI's supercluster, scaling, the impact AI will have on different fields, what tools Jensen himself uses and more. A good watch! $NVDA
Miami Vice: Defining a Decade image Watched it today. Great documentary! It explores the phenomenon Miami Vice. The media landscape at the time, other contemporary TV series, how it came to be, the writing, the music, the fashion, the cars, the boats, the camera shots, the guest stars, the cocaine, the city of Miami, the TV series that followed and much more. At 2 hours 27 minutes things aren't rushed even though the topics are many. I learned lots of things and loved every minute of it! It also reminded me I need to visit Miami at least once in my life. It's a crime more people haven't watched it! On YouTube. God bless Indigo Gaming! 🙌
Hyatt down like the sunset on Ibiza after their Q3 '24 earnings. Not sure what that's all about. Will try to read the earnings call this weekend. Not worried though. #bitcoin thought me about volatility. $H image
The Apprentice - 4/5 I watched it this evening. Great film which portrays the early days of Donald Trump the businessman. The acting by both Sebastian Stan and Jeremy Strong is nothing short of amazing. Academy awards? Highly recommend nonetheless! image IMDB https://www.imdb.com/title/tt8368368/

Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) '25 I was there this weekend. It's my 6th or 7th time visiting ADE. Great time as always. Saw some amazing sets like... Charlotte de Witte: When she dropped Dok & Martin - Few Times, she converted more people to religion than any priest the last 200 years! Simply amazing! 🙌 Amelie Lens: She never disappoint! Acid Asian: Haven't heard of him before. Played hard, played good. Will check out more. Markus Schulz: I've been a fan for so long and I've seen him so many times. Great set! Nico Moreno: Jesus! This set was harder than Arnold's biceps in Pumping Iron! Loved it! 🔨 🙌 AMS is an amazing city and when it's time for ADE it's full on on all cylinders. There's lots of stuff happening every single minute Wednesday to Sunday. People come from all parts of Europe and even further away just for this. Great time to meet and dance with like minded people. Shout out to the venue Ziggo Dome and its creators, you probably once again delivered the best sound I've ever heard at such a large venue. 🔇 ♥️ Much respect to the citizens of AMS who probably have some of the world's best patience when it comes to tourists. ♥️ If you're into electronic dance music and you're not a Berghai/KitKat/Kater Blau elitist nor a flag waving shoulder riding God knows what, come to ADE. You won't regret it!
Minted - The Rise (And Fall?) Of The NFT Watched this documentary today. Worth a watch if you're interested in the crypto space. image I don't own any NFTs, I don't even understand why anyone would buy these as pieces of art on blockchain X or Y, except for making money. I guess I have the same mindset as some people have when it comes to #Bitcoin I could see NFTs being used for other purposes though like tickets and what not. That I could probably get behind and actually use, but art no. I've never bought an MP3 but I have loads of vinyl which I still buy from time to time. Maybe I'm just old. I don't hate on people who are into those things and it's hard not to feel for the Cuban artist in this documentary. The world isn't just black and white.
