I just did 17 minutes of the easiest yoga ever… and I’m genuinely thrilled about it! 🙌🏻 It probably sounds small to most people, but for me it’s a huge win. I’ve been on unpaid medical leave after a Dermatomyositis flare left me too weak to work. I’m learning to celebrate every little victory because it’s so easy to get discouraged. It might sound strange, but even in these tough seasons I feel closest to God. There’s something beautiful about rising through the ashes. I feel like I’m at my best when I’m simply showing up and choosing to keep going. 🔥💪🏻

I’m not rich but I’m this type of rich.
