Returning to Harvard and reconnecting with my classmates will always be an enriching experience. Beyond the classroom, Harvard was a place that profoundly shaped my understanding of leadership, public service, and the responsibility to work, every day, for freedom and democracy. Years pass, but the ideas, the friendships, and the commitment to a better world remain alive in all of us. And I am convinced that many of those lessons—the value of institutions, building consensus, developing leadership, and purposeful public service—are fundamental to the change Venezuela needs in this new stage of transition to democracy.

It migrates to wherever the chokepoint is. Sovereign AI isn't a tech question. It's a freedom question.
