Studies have shown that the aroma of vanilla can help reduce stress and anxiety. Incorporating vanilla in your meals or even enjoying its scent can promote relaxation. This sweet herb doesn’t just taste great; it can also contribute positively to your mental well-being.
Excited to announce that we have purchased a 1lb of extract grade Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans… These will be used to produce our first batch of Madagascar bourbon vanilla extract.!.!.!
Big fiat corporations primarily don’t use premium vanilla beans for products… They generally use what’s called splits and cuts… Pretty much the cheapest beans they can get from any producer…
The #vanilla beans from Kenya have been processed and omg did they smell amazing! I have not smelled another vanilla like this! Now the wait begins!
We strive for producing the best quality products… The bare minimum time for vanilla paste production is 2 months… For vanilla extract it’s at least 1 year… Sure we could make a batch of vanilla paste in a day and sell it the same day (like most manufacturers do) or use cheap vanilla powder, but either of those would be a subpar product… Yeah you can take short cuts in the extract production process and cut the time down to 6 months but that would be a subpar product as well… No short cuts used! We want the best quality and that takes time.
The Aztecs called vanilla tlilxóchitl, meaning black flower. This indicates that they were more interested in the cured bean, which is a dark brown, rather than the flower itself which is a greenish white.
