At a time when I wasn’t even looking to change my diet or eating habits, I picked up Fiat Food by Matthew Lysiak and @Saifedean Ammous — and it hit hard. Around the same time, I stumbled on an episode of The Diary of a CEO with guest Dr. Georgia Ede, exploring the link between mental health and diet. That led me to her book Change Your Diet, Change Your Mind.
That short stretch of time really caught me off guard. I thought I knew what I was doing health-wise, but I don’t think I was thinking at all. It sent me down a path of diet exploration and made me rethink what I put in my body—and even more importantly, what I feed my kids.
Someone reminded me today that Bitcoin is ‘going down,’ and people are worried about holding it. I resisted the urge to defend it—and just listened.
