Following in-depth discussions at our last meetup, we took the time to compare our perspectives on Bitcoin's evolution and the key decisions stemming from the Blocksize War.
These discussions led us to reconsider some fundamental aspects, particularly the question of on-chain scalability and everyday use as a means of payment. From this perspective, we are now more convinced by the approach of Bitcoin Cash, which emphasizes fast transactions, low fees, and simple, straightforward use.
In line with this evolution of our thinking, we are announcing that our group "Bitcoin Biel/Bienne" is now "Bitcoin Cash Biel/Bienne."
This change reflects our ongoing approach: to analyze, debate, and evolve based on the ideas that seem most robust and aligned with our vision of an open monetary system accessible to all.
