Anyone hiring #Golang Engineers? 🙏 I’m looking for a Backend / Platform role in the Bitcoin or NOSTR space. Took a few months break from work while I had major surgery, been working on goNDK and more recently a React/Ts PWA backed by API micro-services, integrating with NOSTR next for local, private communities… but it looks like I won’t be able to sustain it for more than a few months (revenue still a way off, knee-deep I’m infra and foundations). Appreciate any recommendations, seems very hard to break into the industry via LinkedIn 😭

fucking divs and css man 😖 this is why I stopped doing full-stack - we used to write static HTML by hand in vi, embedded in code or imported from disk at the time (90s/00s) CSS and JavaScript had barely arrived and weren’t yet in widespread use at least React/TS gets me all the way down to layout and UX concerns 😅 but we need a WYSIWYG editor generating code for this last mile 🙏 margin border padding style 🤯 if you love this stuff God bless you, my browser is filled with a deeply nested grid of inspection lines 😭

building capability I’ve been head down the past few weeks building my first React App, from which I can launch many different Apps / Products / Services. I’ve never been that excited by frontend work, but now I’ve got a basic pipeline deploying to CDN, integrated with Auth0, and can run it locally … I can finally build out the backend, iterate and start shipping features 😅 NOSTR integration soon but had to deprioritise for short-term revenue and infra buildout 🫡
