A wee reflection on the crowdfunding for El BolsΓ³n Aid.
I think it was a test for myself. I saw the implications of the fires and I really worried and immediately I thought "What can I do to help?"
Then some of the remaining neurons fired up and the Nostr+Bitcoin idea surged.
Not because I thought an immense ammount of money could be raised,(although an immense ammount of money could, in fact, be raised here) but because the seed can be planted if we leave the right message. See, people in a state of emergency barely can think other than what they are doing. Much less be schooled in Bitcoin, sovereignty and Nostr.
By consulting the I-Ching told me something like that. We are at times where knowing and explaining just won't do anything. We need to act and be noble, and patient.
But the interesting part is to do this. To participate and to leave the clues.
Raise the funds, send them, help. And what I asked to the friends helping me to send the money was: "Please tell people receiving this, that this comes through Bitcoin from all over the world"
Just that, if there is fertile ground, the seed will start to grow whenever they feel like. Whenever it is able and possible after the emergency.
I hope it cultivates ideas like "How is it possible?" "Bitcoin? What is that?"
or "I remember when we were on fire someone gathered some Bitcoin money and sent it"
That can spread and grow.
Other than hoarding the sats (it's not bad) we need to be finding actual use cases for this. Exemplary experiences to give to others.
And another reflection for sovereigns:
Tax is unavoidable.
I know we like to complain about taxes and how organised mafia tells us how we ought to pay them, etc.
But taxes are embedded in the design of living things. Wether we like it or not. We express life and get impressed by life. Mutuality and reciprocity of life forces. I avoid paying taxes to government, just because I don't like pyramids of power. But I have become quite aware that in order for my life to be in balance I need to find places where I can tax myself. In other words. Who needs what? What can I give? What can I gift? Where to put parts of what I receive to see growth in things I like?
Because I was drunk on hoarding aswell. Bitcoin can make you a selfish drunk bastard. Recognise what you owe, what is your responsibility with the kingdom you inhabit. What do you want to see growing and deliver your spare energy there. Don't think "I don't have spare energy" you dumb jarhead, life is endless infinite energy and what you can give you shall receive, most of the times multiplied, but if not you have the gift of giving, which is scarce and highly appreciated value.
So you can't escape taxes, because you are a king, a sovereign. Because you are entangled in the expression and impression of life. Choose wisely.
Just don't think that paying taxes is throwing fiat to government, banks, money printers and shepperds.
Gift stuff, things with actual value, send sats, pay attention, give workforce, gift your valuable time to someone who needs it, connect people who need eachother, give synergistic ideas. There are infinite ways to return taxes to life and be reciprocal with the force creating you.
But if you sell the idea to yourself that "Taxes BAD" and you lock that in your brain you will start closing your heart and being a bit more miserable and tight. Then you lack trust, and you only see things through your narrow understanding of the world, lack humility and become arrogant.
TAX BAD PERIOD!
And imagine the world you want to create and tell me voluntary cooperation and giving of energy for reciprocity is not a living constant practice. Playing the roles, roleplaying, dancing and juggling energy to help eachother as we are pleased to, not imposed to.
Negate that and I will tax myself to take a flight, knock your door and slap you in the face like meme Batman.
Have a good morning

I made some progress on the Alerce guitar. As you can see braces are new, made from red cedar, tougher and bigger than the previous soft and tiny alerce ones.
Then I glued a patch under the bridge, common in some bracing designs. This all helped regain some of the flat shape to the top amd tie the cracks together to not open again in the future with moisture changes.
Then I glued some thick, probably 4mm thick, Alerce patches around the mouth to fix the rosette problems and make it rigid.
I will lightly paint with shellac on the inside to make it all less breathable so it gets more stable.
It's a bit ugly but it will work well.
The pieces of alerce I added to the mouth are old roof shingles, hundreds of years old, reclaimed. You can see the dark nail hole in the left one
