The Argentine Peso is where I come from. Football player and piano tuner. And Bitcoin lover resonant
In my first microsegment in the radio we spoke about gratitude. And in the end we drew a card from a deck I'm painting myself, the purpose of this was to decide what to speak about in the next encounter. So the card we drew said "a quiΓ©n le ganaste?" Wich could be translated as: "to whom did you win?" (Not sure if that's grammatically correct) It is a football related phrase used to humble someone who's behaving arrogantly. It's like the equivalent of "who do you think you are?" In its football version. Something like "what are you champion of?" So I am trying to grab this thread and pull so I can develop the idea and the importance of it. I made the card because it is a constant reminder of not being driven by accomplishments or not to develop a personality or a strong ego based on victories. We are in times of arrogance, call for attention and pride. Presuming one's triumphs is the everyday attention currency. And it seems that it creates the online personalities and thus our own curriculum vitae in social networks. And that can have an intoxicating effect on oneself and our surroundings. Nothing new for you bitcoiners who entirely base their religion in stacking sats and staying humble. Though it is never excessive to remind ourselves of keeping it that way. To whom did you win? Might be a good question to ask oneself once in a while and the answer might be the same. "You defeated no one" All enemies are within. And if you defeated someone was it really you? The self you claim to know and be? Or a multifaceted pluridimensional being you don't even fathom that is composed of God itself and a lot of luck and synchronicities? So not being drunk on victories is a virtue as not being truly defeated in failure. But keeping yourself in the way, involved and identified with the processes. Because results might be volatile and efimerous yet processes are eternal. What are your thoughts on it? I am looking for ideas and feedback since it became a challenge to think why on earth did I wrote that card
Yesterday I was speaking with my fungi producing friends. They have a good small company (yet big in its niche) producing all kinds of edible and medicinal fungi. From lions mane to reishi to psylocibin mushrooms and oyster, cordyceps, etc. Lots of species. I help them sell and distribute through my town. What happened? Some pharma denounced all Instagram accounts of fungi producers nationwide. Accounts with 8,000 followers even 130,000 followers closed overnight. They don't know why but there are dozens of accounts of mushroom producers and distributors closed through the country. Some big fish denounced and fucking Instagram closed not accepting any appeal or giving any parent reason. I thoroughly recommended my friends the use of NOSTR, leave fiat behind and join the revolution. So I wrote simple instructions in a piece of paper and delivered it to them. So I spoke wholeheartedly about the importance of this beautiful network. I hope they land soon here. I will insist. If they do come please give them a special welcome. They are the change you want to see in the world giving all those mushrooms around and weaving so marvelous networks. image
I've been offered a small space in a local radio. And I am planning on what to do or what to say. Apparently I have freedom. Yet the space belongs to the public university and there is some editorial line there. So I should probably not cross that lines at first. Though little seeds of wisdom can be dropped there... Shoot ideas. I thought the space should be called "Dentro" (means "Within") And this will be the intro music "Sleepers, wake. The voice calls" I chose it because of the hymn it contains. Written after a devastating epidemic, the hymn was written as a message of hope and grace in which we must hold our own lights to receive the new day. So this modern jazzy version of it will help grease the solemnity of the original and yet, contain it and bring it to life. The first theme that I will present will be gratitude. Being grateful. "When a complex system is far from equilibrium, small islands of coherence in a sea of chaos have the capacity to shift the entire system to a higher order.” Ilya Prigogine, Nobel Laureate We are the little island. I am a little island of coherence
My daughter Sofi is 12 years old and she lost one of her last pieces and tooth fairy left some sats. So I will paste her lightning address here in case there are more fairies around the world with permissionless hard money. goofyqueue09@walletofsatoshi.com Because fairies store value in teeth and leave BTC in exchange. #giveaway #teeth #tooth #asknostr #nostr #btc #zapathon
