Written over a summer holiday on a lake in southern Austria, it oozes pure summertime vibes, reflection, and positivity amidst a few thunderstorms. While it took Brahms 21 years to painstakingly complete his first symphony, he hammered his second out in a few months, while chilling on a lake. “There is no creation without hard work.
