In #Malta, the president (last three presidents since 2018) has left a 30,000 BNB donation to the sick and needy, now worth $39 million, unused and has now rejected it outright, because Binance said they needed to create a wallet to receive the money, and that was one too many terms and conditions.
For context, that's more than all the fundraising events since 2018 combined.
The **finance minister** came out to support her decision.

So I guess the finance guy would've rather $200k in 2018 than $39 million in 2025? And by dancing around, does he mean they've been trying to teach them how to crypto for 7 years?

It's frustrating, but also... This is why I am so nonchalant about my government. It's all incompetent dinosaurs over here. If we can't have a small efficient government, at least we have a beaurocratic incompetent one, that can't effectively hurt me if they tried.
