5 months in with our girls and I’m starting to recognize the toll it’s taken on my body and mind. Sleep has been very disrupted and diet/movement has been as well. I hear lots of folks talking about diet and how they approach it. Would love some advice on how to get to a healthy diet and suggestions around what to eat / shop for. My desire is to get back to basics with my health and wellness. We’ve got great fish markets and butchers here in Pittsburgh.
