For the past few months I have been working on a protocol and indexer for a permissionless DNS-type system using Bitcoin (timestamps) and Nostr (data). Just as I am tidying things up to deploy an alpha version of the indexer, the BRC-20 hellscape emerged 🫠
It will now cost like $20 to “register a domain”, so to speak. Who will experiment with me now? 😬😅

I like Frosted Flakes but I hate that the normal wear and tear of just turning the box over to pour some into a bowl ends up wasting half of the box by grinding it into a fine powder.

I am all on board for Bitcoin, but Bitcoin isn’t the last hope. Even if they do defeat Bitcoin, the cat is out of the bag. With time, we can always make another money.
