There are few things more frustrating than being stuck in a local optimum and knowing it’s just a local optimum.

Look at the pattern of your mistakes, find the one that makes the least amount of sense by far, understand that it served your actual survival when your were a little kid, thank it for its service and kick it out! 🚪 It was an incredibly helpful mechanism to develop back then, but you’re not that kid anymore -at least in any relevant way- and right now it’s doing nothing, nothing but sabotaging your life. Nobody needs more sabotage, the government is plenty. Ciao!
