I built a coop! I wanted to find a way to seperate our new chicks and mama hen from the rest of the flock, while making sure the chicks were protected from predators. Our chickens are free range and last year we had issues with the neighborhood cats swooping our baby chicks. So far they are loving it! 8 out of the 11 eggs hatched. Life is good. #homestead #chickens
