The prerogative of intelligence is to defend the existence of the state, Not the citizenry. The fallacy that somehow the government is operating international warfare to protect its people is the lie the public needs to believe to maintain social cohesion. The reality is that it is defending its tax structure, And even its own agents are expendable in that process. Never believe the government is there to protect you, It exists to profit from its chattel slaves, And at times even destroys itself for the survival of its orchestrators. You can only benefit from the social programs it creates to justify its own existence when it can afford those programs, And the ones creating them have more than enough. Otherwise make your own plans. Nobody is coming to save you.
