There’s people live earnest lives. They built beautiful communities and have invested decades get there. There’s people who manipulate life. Who can’t accept reality because their minds are so used to control. I’ve been one of them. As society spins madly on, I hope those who manipulate find a way to slow down. Life slows you down one way or another, might as well be of your own volition.

Was completing an overview my volunteer work for someone (which is wild to have to document but I digress) and as I was searching online for the year of the event, I found this photo from it. 🧡 A fundraiser for pediatric brain cancer research. I assembled these paper airplanes in silence with a group of people the morning of the gala. 🧡 Silence and presence go a long way. I’d say 94% of the events Ive helped build over the years, I’m not actually at them when guests are.

Trying to champion this mantra tonight when I just want to watch tv v get ahead on work.
