It’s been a big adjustment working in a non-gov events capacity after 2024. I’ve realized that people largely think 7 weeks lead time to execute an event is short. In gov you’ve 5-7 days max, maybe if it’s international, 2 weeks. 🧘🏽‍♀️#PresentMoment

I called my mom and asked her what her sleep score was. She said 90. I said “that’s so great yay mom!” and she asked me mine. I said 77 and she said “well…that’s almost 80!” 77 is way lower than 90 but she still was affirming and encouraging; love you mom 🥹🩷
