Soon buying my first ever house. I'm almost in my 40s and didn't think it would be possible since I didn't have anyone to back me up. Interesting times we live in. 🙂 Next up is the dream to make the house as self sufficient as possible. I'm talking chickens, potatoes, solar power. For a person who has lived his whole life in a city, in a rental apartment, this is gonna be huge.
