How come there's so much AI products around and I can't order my phone stuff across multiple apps?

Why do guys who give talks about privacy or around privacy related issues stand in front of the camera of the event with their faces covered? 🤷‍♂️ Why don't they just give the talk standing behind the camera? (irregardless of still having or not having their faces covered). Seems like an incredible easy to pull maneuver to increase opsec with zero downside? I wonder if some of them do it as privacy- marketing strategy.
