it's convenient that the state ( Rome ) murdered Christ. then the state could say, "We put down that upstart pretender 💪" and the proto-Christians could mourn their good good boy while not having to worry about Him pestering them about their human foibles into old age. it is *this* situation that has continued into the present. the Church ( in all its forms, including Rome ) is a shadow of the knowledge Christ attempted to impart. that knowledge is personal. it is found after study and reflection, alternating intense dialogue and extreme isolation. renew your mind.

walking is the fucking best. i try to walk at least 3km / 2 miles a day. for me, it helps with - anxiety - thinking in new ways, resolving complex ideas - reconnecting with my environment - incidental muscle tension whenever i see someone renting those electric scooters, i 🤦‍♀️. you want to pay money to not walk? missing out. yes i understand the time constraints of modern society, but if i'm not prioritizing a practice that for me has only been beneficial, what the fuck am i trying to accomplish? make time for the good things.
